Your Aprilia front mudguard looks not too bad. I assume it goes straight on with no messing as Aprilia's use the same forks. I cant make out what forks you have there though.. Not the standard Sie ones by the looks?

Well done for getting those rose joint boots to fit. I got some for mine. I managed to get the boots on the rose joints and filled them with grease, but couldn't see how it would all work with those long tubes either side where the bolt goes through.. I don't want all that rubber under the bolt head and nut. Seemed to me that if you squashed it all up, the rubber would just jam the rose joint up or cut the rubber and prevent the nut and bolt from clamping up the joint centre properly. Did you cut the tubes off or squash them up?

Come to think of it was the hoop bottom joints that I couldn't get to fit, as there is just not enough room in the clevises even with the tubes cut off.
