If you have a laser printer (or access to one) and a decent graphics suite, you can make your own decals.. Just search for waterslide decal paper, A4 is very commonly used. It comes clear or white. Not many printers will print White, so White paper has it's uses.
You need the laser printer as an inkjet printer will not have waterproof ink.
