Dash is live, all lights sequence correctly, fuel pump cycling, engine turns over. I think the problem will be found within the ECU, but then as Avanti has pointed out, the ECU will not necessarily show a fault for an immobilizer fault.....
Honestly - who could dream up this logic.....???
