I’d consider rad weld as a last resort.
I found some old posts on another forum. It seems my design of radiator has a weak point. When sat on the bike looking forward, just in front of the top hose connection on left side. One chap had one of the channels in the core blanked off at each end.
A member on there, CAPO (isn’t he on here aswell?) was in touch with PACEPRODUCTS about having a narrower in width version made. So maybe they can do a better made standard width version.
I’ve had a recommendation for www.autocoolradiators.co.uk for a repair.
So a few phone calls to be made tomorrow.
Not having much luck this year. Been waiting 2 months for lithium battery from the US and they’ve not come through with it. Ended up getting a Shido battery and all good for first run of the year, and now this
