I particularly like the middle sentence.
Though maybe you missed out the postscript which says .. and even then it won't be quite "finished".
Its a bonus that the swingarm bearings are ok, cos they're a bit of a pig to replace, in my experience.
My advice is, don't even think about replacing them as a matter of course.
