That would probably be your best option as you can't lower the top yoke mounted type. At least with the Woodcrafts you can buy different sized riser plates so you can customize to pretty much any height you want, afaik they do 0, 1, 2 and 3" rise, maybe 2.5" and you can have any colour you like as long as its black. They're not flashy as some but they are very versatile and cheapest that I've seen is on ebay from the US. A lot of the UK sellers charge the same price in £ as $. I didn't use the hollow tube bars they provided preferring instead to use the solid billet Factory Racing bars at £12 each although if you want to drill for the switchgear pins it would be easier with the hollow type. I somewhat lazily ground the pins off the switch gear and used black electrical tape to stop them slipping around.
