Do you have an open clutch cover?
Do you wash the bike after using it and get water on the clutch?
Do you ride on salty roads and store the bike in a damp shed etc, unheated?
You can see where this is going - the clutch plates will rust and stick together if you do any of the above and leave the bike stored for a while, and give exactly the symptoms you suffer from
