Glad you got your replacement at last. It's looking good wrapped in Carbon.
I think that BMW used those headlamps, so you might be able to find the clip and screw at a BMW dealer?
I'm very sorry to hear you had an accident with one of those clips. They terrify me, hence the warning on the instruction sheet. I did have one hit me in the eye years ago, luckily it hit blunt side first, and I had time to blink, so I was over it in a couple of days. The thought of what the spiked end could do is horrendous.
