Disappointing but perhaps not surprising.

Just out of curiosity, I sent an eBay message to Gotham Cycles asking if they'd tell me the size of those o-rings I linked to earlier. (I know - too much time on my hands!)

And, at the other end of the customer service spectrum, they replied...

"They are equivalent to Dash Number 203 and Dash Number 210."

Which is:

203 ID 7.52mm (+/- 0.13); CS 3.53mm (+/- 0.1).
210 ID 18.65mm (+/- 0.25); CS 3.53mm (+/- 0.1).

So the moral of this story seems to be: if you want good customer service, go to the States!
