When I insulated the loft, I wore some of those disposable paper overalls from Screwfix
https://www.screwfix.com/p/3m-4515-4...-chest-l/7047f OK, so you might look like an extra from CSI Tonbridge, but they keep the fibres out and it's very convenient to just throw them out after use.
