yes, Chris told me the frame was cracked, I bought it on that basis.... As chris says, its more common than you think... the last ST4s I built had cracks and I decided to weld that, and add strengthening tubes...
I want to keep this standard, and just by luck I know of a 900 frame going spare, so I may swop to that one... we will see!
