I have never managed to remove that rubber cover in one piece, it's usually destroyed in the process of removing the piston.
If you're going to replace the rubber cover you might as well bung a new piston and seal kit in. It all comes together in one Brembo kit from Moto Rapido or Powerhouse.
I have spare clutch masters if you want, for anodising.
