Also, I recently bought a 'throttle tamer' to increase the throttle movement on my Monster. This consisted of an aluminium throttle cam/tube/cable fitment with a delrin lining to replace the original (916) throttle assembly.
The instructions specifically state that it is self-lubricating so doesn't need any oil.
