I had a 1000S up to two years ago, I had it for a number of years, it was a bit of a beast to manoeuvre, but you knew you were riding a motorbike, it came as a heap, stripped it down and re did it.

I guy I know has a bike collection, he has bought a few bikes from me before, and he offered me daft money for it, and well, everything has it's price and it allowed me to get other stuff, regrets?, not really, would be nice to still have it but things move one and it's good to have a bit of variety.

There's a wee video of it on youtube on the day it was being picked up by it's new owner.

Good luck with the Guzzi, I've had 4, dead easy to work on , just remember if you are working on the electrics to tie a knot at one end of the wire to stop the smoke escaping!
