because the code you posted is messed up trying to post thumbnails with links to the postimg, i'll try to figure it out/explain better when I've had less beer ;-)
i changed
{IMG}http://{url=https://postimg.cc/TKkKWgPJ}{img}https://i.postimg.cc/TKkKWgPJ/IMG-20200516-161451.jpg{/img}{/url}{/IMG}
to
{IMG}https://i.postimg.cc/TKkKWgPJ/IMG-20200516-161451.jpg{/IMG}
where { = [ , and } = ]
