Get it down to a dealer, or someone else with the right diagnostic kit, and get them to check the fuelling with a gas analyser, may just want a quick ECU tweak. Have you balanced the throttle bodies and adjusted the air bleeds since swapping them out? Could also be an issue with the air pressure sensor on the headlight bracket.
