Straight fit, just gut the old internals, clean and re-oil and your good to go. I'll probably pull the stanchions out as I don't suppose they've been touched since the factory and replace all the wearable parts.

Well I have a bottle Ohlins shock oil, just waiting for the Andreani units to fetch up now.
Then all I have to do is to find the time to do the strip and fit, so probably after Christmas by the time I have new seals and oddities like thin spanners.
Update to follow on sitting.
Road testing and tuning may have to wait a bit for the weather to perk up a bit
