Setting Up Throttles inj
OK all you knowledgeable people, what's the procedure for setting up the throttles on say a 2004 M1000ds. It has manual fast idle/cold start, pressure relief valve & fuel return. Now as is my want, I've changed plenty, the throttle bodies were originally off a 2001 900ie, so I had to change the potentiometer to 04 type with no adjustment. What's the best way to set up the tick-over? I guess the adjuster screws have to control air, what position do you start at 1.5 turns? etc. Is there a relevant chunk of a workshop manual that will help? Bitza
