Sad to see the pic of your bike on the ground and the close-ups of the damage. You had some nice bling and mods done. Glad to hear you have no serious injuries.
As mintyhit said I also believe that if the other person is at fault then repairs should be done to return the bike to pre accident condition regardless of what bling you had fitted. The situation is different if an accident is your own fault as then the bike is repaired to standard condition except for known about mods or for any mods that are cheaper than returning to standard.
