Jerry is right, 16 will be no good.
Standard will be 12.7 or 13mm at the master, the whole idea of using a bigger servo piston is to increase the mechanical advantage and so make the clutch feel lighter.
Using a bigger master piston will go the other way and make the clutch feel heavier, and only a mm will make a big difference to surface area so 16mm is a very big jump.
That said the pivot juxtaposition on the handlebar lever is inclusive in the overall mechanical advantage and I believe that is adjustable on the radial levers? so you might be able to claw back some of the mechanical advantage, but what that does to the lever position to the fingers I do not know.
