I couldn't resist.....

.....putting it back together enough for some pics, to give me something to aim for over the winter as I slog through the proper re-assembly.





Really chuffed with the powdercoating on the frame, looking super bling close up.

Note to self:-

1. Must do something about the risers. Thinking I might drill holes in them to match the holes in the Chinese aftermarket brake + clutch levers.

2. Must do something to make the seat more comfortable.

Next "proper" job is going to be to sort out the fuel lines and carburettors. Has anyone seen any sort of "quick release" type connectors to go under the tank and around the filter? I hate rubber tubing and jubilee clips!
