Superseal, weatherpack, Dupont etc - or "real" spade terminals - use an "open barrel terminal" crimp tool. Search for SN-28B crimp tool on Amazon; it's intended for 18-28 AWG. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the IWISS one, although most of the other offerings look like the same thing. But IWISS have a web site; half a chance they actually made it..

Beware the very similar looking set comprising a crimp tool, sometimes a stripper, and 5 interchangable dies in a case. The crimp tool is physically larger (dies don't interchange with the SN-28B) and the dies are sized for thicker wires. Plus, although all the other dies were fine, the open barrel die i mostly bought it for was pretty rough (I replaced it with one from Klein Tools).
