Never done a Helicoil myself, and no experience of the cheap ebay ones.
However I do know that Wurth do oversized ones so if you manage to cock it up, there is the chance of a get out of jail free card with a Wurth one.
Personally I'd go for the best you can afford with an important thread like that.
