I have a spare M750 rear barrel i bought it to replace the damged barrel on my bike which is in perfect nick apart from 2 missing fins from the accident

the spare barrel in good condition except for a 12mm x1mm x 0.5mm deep gouge near top of bore the supplier a well known ducati spares breaker has refused to take it back and now i need to make it functional

can I get it rebored or replated ???
