Not a definitive answer I'm afraid but, when I bought a Sigma slipper clutch for my S2R 1000, the model (no. 003) was described as fitting: "All Ducatis with air-cooled clutches since 1990 except 1098/1198", so they must all be pretty similar if not identical.
