Thats what I had been using for last 11 years when dealing with UK companies but under new IR35 regulations it no longer works for anything UK related ,,still use them elsewhere
they have advised me not to work in UK or for any company where funds originate in UK .
was talking to a old offsore mate today who is from Norwich he is now on PAYE and his lawyers for his divorce wanted him to go LTD , but under IR35 he would be even worse off,, his ex wife who has a new husband and 6 kids from 3 men is trying to screw my mate for child support on all the 6 kids when only the eldest daughter is his ,,,the Child support agency and her new husband who is a paralegal are behind it ,,,
