yeah but employees get their training costs, medicals , NI, pension contributions, sick pay holiday pay and travel costs paid by employer and have security of work ,,they dont have to pay an accountant and they will take home less money than the PAYE guys now . The permanent workers on PAYE get paid a garanteed 183 days offshore pay even if the only work 100 offshore ,, the contractors only get contracts of 40 days maximum ,, usually its 28 days most of the UK based contractors will only ever get max of 150 days work in a season anyway ..so u need 3 or 4 contacts a season to make any money ,,

coronavirus has already messed up last 2 months and looking forward many contracts are on hold. also in my case i cant work for the UK companies so im even more screwed .

ho hum we shall see ???
