I have been looking online but cant find any risers to fit monster 750 yoke that take 28mm fatbars online ,, any ideas i dont want the extension style with blobs i want lile the originals

i have a set that fits my S4 but its not same bolt pattern 750 is 34mm s4 is 40mm
