This afternoon I took on the task of replacing the insides of the replacement clutch master . Petty I know but I only changed it because it was a 2005 one and a rivet counter told me. It's such a small detail but it matters. Its 2 things as in the older has a radius on banjo fitting end and the reservoir top has bigger lettering and also a elephant on the bottom. A managed to get a PS13 kit thats 13mm piston and had to change this because the rubber cover was split and untidy. I removed the sight window and cleaned that as was dirty and yellowed but now clean. Before that it had a repaint too. It's not difficult to change the seals but there is very little info out there but common sense and care will get you there if you are safe to attempt this stuff. I followed this guys advice....

It all work great following his knowledge. I also painted the brake one but I had a lucky escape because when I went to fit brake lever to it the piston was trying to push out. The circlip on this 15mm piston one had either not been fitted properly before or had crept out I dont know how mind. I took it apart and it was all there and after a thorough clean I reassembled it as it should be and now working as it should by hand. If it leaks I will order a new kit for that too. Fitted back the brake switch so now I just have to respray the other lid to swap it over.
