Glad you found the screw - pop some blue threadlock on it when putting it back (replacement screws come with threadlock pre-applied - I know, I've had a couple!). For future reference, the part no. is 77350393B and they're only about 50p.
The rubber bungs are easily dislodged when you replace the clocks (I've always managed to find mine though before it's escaped). The part no. is 76410641A.
If you've not got a dealer close by, I could pick one up for you from Moto Rapido and send it to you.
