on S4r in means richer and out is weaker on the air screws thats opposite to carbs ,, i would say 2 to 3 turns out is better have you reset the TPS properly as they can really affect running also is the bike charging 14.3volts and the battery in TOP condition as they run crap on low batteries also is fuel filter clean
