The new stand looks a lot better.
However .....
A slightly tangential thought but one which you may like to ponder.
When my 750 goes for an mot test I always take it to a tester who knows me and knows the bike ... so I can ask for some special care to be taken.
Essentially this involves the procedure for checking the swingarm and rear wheel bearings.
I think that the usual procedure would involve lifting the rear end of the bike by pulling it up onto the sidestand.
I whince at the thought of this and so I always ask if a second helper can be involved to take a proportion of the bike's weight off the stand.
Of course my steel stand should be up to the job .. my concern is more for the attachment of the bracket to the crankcases.
But I think I would worry more about the strength of your carbon stand in these circumstances.
