That's outragous... call watchdog... I wouldn't put up with that, do they not realize they can lose customers this way, so even if they do any care about sales than aftersales, they won't get sales at all if they don't care or look after anybody... so sorry to hear all that...
Please don't mark all dealers with same brush though... some are o.k.... Good luck in sorting it
