Living in Spain, I can tell you all anything to do with documents for vehicles, and the transfer of them, is an expensive mess. If it was Spanish plated, and the VIN will tell You, I would stay WELL clear, even if it is legal... If it was UK plated, why can the documents be duplicated? Ringing every alarm bell I have...
