People might want to remember that not everybody even offers visits to a live factory, including in some cases to the R&D and GP departments. Of course, sometimes these may have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances; I only work in an investment bank and we've had to cancel intern visits when something sensitive is happening or the Fed or the big cheeses are coming in. If your trip has been spoilt by the cancellation, guess you can either claim on the travel insurance or go anyway and do something different. Or, as it seems, throw a hissy fit. Very poor show, indeed, but not from Ducati.
