As for cans, I would go with Arrow titanium's for the S2R1000/S4R, they look good, nice profile to rear end, ask Gilps he has seen the ones which were fitted to my first S2R1000. My only problem with them to start with was they seemed to loud even with earplugs in. Seemed to get quieter with age.
I would say the S2r is a cracking bike, by the time you look to buy I would say there will be a few on the 2nd hand market so could be a bargain to have, as long as it has been fully serviced by a good dealer I would go this route, £7000 is a lot to spend, but when I was looking to get my repacement a couple of dealers did offer a new one at £6500, one even throwing in the first service, but a picked up a 4 month old bike with 500 miles and first service done for a bit less.
