Now it looks to me as if the two mountings have broken off. It wasn't described as damaged from the original seller on here but that is the conclusion I have reached. It already looks like it has been drilled once, near to one broken mount, but I think it can be repaired by either repairing the originals or as I had planned removing the original mounting points, cutting it back and bolting to some fixing brackets.
