The "crossover" arches over the swinging arm and chain between the hoop and shock.
Quite what the larger diameter straight pipe is, remains a mystery?
The manifolds appear to be solid large diameter portions and seem to capture the retaining plates permanently on the pipes, unless of course they can be removed at the outlet end when separated? It looks like the spring loops would prevent that?

Rather bad practice to have so much metal in the manifold, as exhaust heat is given back to the cylinder head. Best to have as little contact there as possible, hence why the original collet system is quite good.

What a waste of Titanium, unless of course you want to turn up with rainbow exhaust and wonky silencers?
Would have been much better to have just done away with the left silencer altogether and saved the weight.

Still. It's quite a good way to save £558.40. Thanks for flagging up the funky saving Darren.
