The intaweb says the standard S2R 1000 has a dry weight of 178 Kg, so a half tank of fuel and the engine oil would add about 12 Kg, giving a wet weight of 190 Kg. That’s pretty spot on your estimate Nasher.

A bit of carbon fibre and chopping the teatray off helps reduce weight, but adding a half fairing and support frame must have put it all back on, even if the tubes are Helium filled!

Getting rid of the flywheel could lose some more (If they did), as would some seriously lightweight wheels. Those look like standard Marchesini to me with fresh powder coating though?

Still think it looks pretty though!
