Öhlins shocks of the same design tend to share the same hardware just with different shims/valves. Is your shock the one with a remote reservoir (DU440)? If so, it'll be an S46HR1C1 like the on on my Evo (DU432). The number of compression clicks on mine is 21 with over 50 clicks for the rebound so I wouldn't be surprised if what you've counted is correct.
