A ‘94 would have originally had an alloy clutch cover (With an Elefant hidden on the inside) and no gasket. You can fit a later steel cover (Which they have), but you should also then fit the rubber gasket, or some spacer washers to let the noise out, otherwise you risk the clutch centre and bolts rubbing, as appears to have occurred here.
At least with the dry clutch there’s no risk of bits of cover circulating in the oil!
