Apparently one definition of a corner is "the point where converging lines, edges, or sides meet" where as bend is "to turn or force from straight or even to curved or angular".
A Corner is more of a pointy thing like a junction, bend is more of a twisty thing errr like a bend, bend is also "to apply oneself vigorously" which is what you do on a Monnie
