I found two tiny spots.
The reason why i asked for advice is because when I bought the bike it had this issue and I ended up buying a set of spare tubes but now these are developing the same issue so I thought that maybe is the quality of the chroming that made a difference.
I'll give it a try with the products you listed and get some research done on the actual chroming process.
The rusty dots are purely cosmetics now.
