The steel handle bars from an early Supersport will fit if you can find any, as for the top yoke you will need to know the distance between the centre of the centre stem nut and the centre line of the fork legs, if they are the same then they should fit, if not the forks legs will be either pushed out further or drawn in and of course the clamping will be compromised because the legs will not be parallel with the holes bored in the top yoke.
You will not get away with lowering or raising the legs within the yokes as this affects the geometry of the front fork (and the stance of the bike). My M900 definitely handled more sharply with the fork legs pushed through the yokes by 10mm. More than that would probably cause the bike to become unstable and you could end up with front mudguard clearance issues on the oil cooler/ bottom yoke
