There is probably more variation in the dynos used by the various tests than the Monsters so I'd expect to see variation between results that come from different sources or on days with different atmospheric conditions, air temperature and pressure are commonly included on dyno sheets.
The Ducati number is also at the crank not the rear wheel. With drive train losses considering I've seen numbers between 5% and 15% quoted for drive train loss on a bike 147hp at the crank bike could easily dyno at right around 130 at the rear wheel quite apart from the variability of the dynos.
