I've had some Oberon bar-enders on my bike for nearly 10yrs.
Its been so long that I can't remember much about the originals but I do remember thinking at the time that the bar-enders actually gave a better rear view than the originals, despite being smaller.
Mine are round, 75mm dia.
Nashers look the same size as far as I can judge.

One question is .. will you need to fold them to get through, say a narrow gateway or shed door ?
Mine need readjusting each time .. which isn't actually too much bother but there are other designs which flip inwards and can be flipped back out again to their previously adjusted position.
CRG Lanesplitters is one name that I recall .. not sure if they're still available or not.

My Oberons were pricey but there are chinese copies to be had which are much cheaper and probably still fairly decent.
