Hi all, Just thought I'd update this thread because I've finally got round to finishing the prop stand (house renovation has got in the way for 18mths), and I just wanted to show that I do actually get things done as well as asking questions and chatting about mods.
The ali bracket has had a bit more welded on the stand down stop to spread the load. so far this one hasn't failed. Ti pivot bolt/ spring plate and lightweight spring complete the weight saving.
(P.S. also shows that I lube my chain)
