They mean having both races at the same track on the same weekend but at different times. Whilst I'm sure many might think this was an excellent and exciting idea there are a number of obstacles to it, not least the fact that MotoGP, the pinnacle of bike racing, might not be happy being relegated to the support race! Additionally marshalling, run offs and barrier placements are different for each. Then there is the economic factors. Why merge 2 premium events into 1? Neither is a cheap weekend standalone so I doubt they could double the prices and anyway most MGP fans don't care about F1 and most F1 fans have never heard of MGP. Hospitality customers don't really care what is on the track as long as it's prestigious but they are already being rinsed in $ terms.
It may happen, perhaps at certain events/countries that currently don't host one of them already?
