I get people tail chopping, (although I wouldnt,) and going for a radical look, even to the extent of removing the rear frame tubes. But just to remove the bottom plastic holding the reflector seems like a completely pointless exercise, given you still have to put a reflector back somewhere.
I also took the opportunity to remove some more "work of the devil" connectors.
The reflector is still available from Ducati and on its way from Snells.

A previous owner definitely made some aesthetically questionable choices on that bike. You should have seen the tea tray and the random crappy stickers I took off it!
