I discretely added a small digital rev counter today. Problem is it needs programming to suit the sparking cycle on the bike. My assumption is that if the sensor wire is attached to the HT lead on one cylinder that the designated cycle would be 1 spark to two revolutions being a 4 stroke. "1P2R"
Anyone know what the idling speed of a 95 M900 is when it is on the point of stall, ie the lowest idle the motor will do, because Im getting the rev counter showing about 1500rpm, when I would have thought it might really be 800 or 900, but I dont have experience of big 90 degree twins.
